I have been scammed by Cab Bazar Call centre representative.. Please see the flow of activities ( Dated:- 6 th April '23)
1) 9.45 pm I book cab and pay the advance amount.( Online
2) 9.47pm Booking received and I see everything is not included,( This time toll tax and state tax not included)as earlier booking done with them it used to be inclusive
3)9.49 pm I immediately speak to call centre representative to have this cancellation done,but he was busy explaining other things
4) 9.51 pm when we were discussing on cancellation he allocates random driver and taxi ( A week before which generally happens 24 hrs prior to journey-I think this time they were better planned
