OLA charged double for single ride

Dear,

On 30th July'23 I have booked OLA CAB from Terminal 1 Delhi airport to Godrej Frontier, Gurgaon Sector 80. CAB Driver Mr. Deepak Rajput and his vehicle No. UP79AT1429.

He dropped me at my destination and asked for the payment. I have already told him payment was done through the wallet system, but he refused to accept it. He insisted on a spot to pay Rs. 747.

I have paid him Rs. 747 through Transaction ID 321118086901. Now I got a message from OLA to pay a wallet payment of Rs. 747.

Kindly look into the matter on a priority basis and reverse the wallet amount.

This ride cost me double.
