UBER POOL Overcharging, My complaint was that on 8/7/2017

My complaint was that on 8/7/2017, I was charged Rs. 157.24 instead of booking a UBERPOOL for Rs. 39/- upto 8KM.
Various Responses by Uber vs My clarification:
Uber:You did not apply PromoCode
Me:As per SMS no PromoCode was necessary
Uber: Price displayed at the beginning of the trip will be charged.
Me:I was displayed a fare of Rs. 39/- at the time of booking trip
Uber:It was an UBER GO trip
Me: It was UBER POOL and Rs. 39/- was displayed. Unhappy with your responses please deactivate my account
Uber:De-activation process is irreversible
Me:I confirm that I want to go ahead with same.
UberL Again some explanation regarding UBER pricing system.
My final response: Please stop wasting time of yours as well as mine by giving new excuses everytime PLEASE STOP SENDING ANY PROMO SMS TO ME AND DE-ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT, MY MOBILE NO. AND MY E-MAIL ID FOR LIFE. I DO NOT WANT TO USE SERVICES OF A COMPANY WHO CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVES LIKE ROBOTS.
