I took a cab ride for 5 km from Ramagondahalli to ITPL.
Even with surge price thrown in - I got a bill of Rs. 240 which is almost Rs. 60 a km and 3 times as much above the govt. mandated rate of Rs. 20 per KM. Several UBER Taxi Drivers have confirmed that they get only Rs. & per km.
My question is who charges 1000% profit that when the law stipulates otherwise. Is there a way to punish this offenders and companies like UBER
Kindly request the courts to intervene and penalize UBER in this case
