This is the very disgusting experience with uber i am sharing over here. I booked a seat in uber pool from near Balram Dey St to Baguiati Deshabndhu Nagar on 5 july 2017. Fare was Rs. 39 and when the ride was completed, it was showing Rs. 93.89 in driver's device and i was forced to pay excess amount. Even i registered complain in help centre but still no action has been taken. The excess amount i paid was rs. 55.
