Delivered car without inspecting breaks and pushed our lives in huge risk

I received the car from Formula2Ride Formula Group and they delivered that car with disk pads in worst condition and now they are saying that we have damaged them in just 500 kms and now that company is asking for charges for destroying them. Instead of accepting their mistake they are threatened us for penalty of Rs. 25000/- The spare wheel was also badly damaged and their delivery driver accepted this but still they are not considering it. We have changed the disk pads on their permission with our pocket and now they are saying why you did this. When I asked for standards on which customers can check the car before delivery they didn't send. I have driven the car just 500kms and the disk pads were totally damaged and it left us in high risk of life. Instead of analyzing the cause they are trying to penalize us by Rs25000/- We have installed around Rs. 2300/- material on their permission and sent all the invoices to them no amount has been refunded.
