Complaint for AIRTEL NETWORK NOT AVAILABLE IN MEHRAULI ( New Delhi)

This is reference to my airtel two no. 09958811339(office no. ) , 09810676966( personal) we are facing
problem from last four month, I had informed to customer care two separate
requests before around 1 month due to no network inside room. Also two sent
requests through email.
• Airtel reference no. is PO031100148 .
• Airtel reference no. is PR031100196
• Reference no; 68170033 dated 05-03-2016 ( 11:34)
• Reference no. F2037181953 dated 11-03-2016 ( 18.03)
Airtel two team executives also visit my home at Mehrauli ( near Mehta chowk),
but problem did not resolve.
I understand from executive quality problem ( optimisation ) in mehrauli. I am regular paying
bill every month/ recharge for personally, but service is not there.
It seems no one want to resolve the matter. AIRTEL is market for 4G but actually no network, how we can proceed.
Looking forward for positive response. I need compensation. Please advise how to claim such issue.
