I'm paying My bsnl Landline Bill from last 6 months where as my land line is dead.same i complaint to bank pathankot he ordered
Mr Subash who is main head of our village working for bsnl to rectify the problem but he made excuses and ask for bribe 2000 to solve issue.
Iam senior citizen can t go and knock doors of offices where no one is listening .
I made online complaint several times in bsnl Portal but no solve of problem
Kindly help us bcz only Landline of bsnl is available for communication here in my village.
