Dear Sir,
With reference to your above, we still have not received any refund for our credit balance lying with BSNL in above telephone numbers even after 2.1 years closure and 1.2 years after giving a letter with bank details for refund.
We are not getting any response from BSNL shankarapuram exchange after writing email aotrsouth@gmail.com and personal meeting with account officer for than 20times and finally we got reply that you register a complaint with consumer court and they done their job by processing or escalating issue to their higher authority.
Hence, we request your goodself to register our complaint on BSNL and help us in getting our refund with interest @ 18% P.A with and Rs 3000 for harassment for visiting exchange, time & effort put into it for more than a year.
Please find attached our letter to BSNL with their finding written on letter for your reference and to take necessary action against BSNL.
