o An advance payment on 02-02-2019 cyclic period of Rs 20,191.00 was opted for a yearly payment on the opinion to use this plan for 13 months by paying advance for 12 months thus saving the expense of 1 month.
o Before completion of 13 months (ie; dt 02-02-2020) we have requested to disconnect the annual payment service on dt.01-11-2019, to avoid any discrepancies we paid the bills for Nov, Dec 2019 though we had availed afresh FTTH (Bharat Fiber) connection on dt 13-10-2019
o The given PLAN we were to use it up to dt.02-02-2020 but the telephone line was inactive but the Broad band services is active technically which itself is explanatory we are not using this Line & services there upon.
o While we are being summoned the process of billing has not stopped, we are still being called for the payment without any head or tail.
