My connection was cut by BSNL Jaipur after I requested for the same. However they have not refunded me money through cheque. When I asked them for the same by visiting their office, they have told me through a fake entry that the cheque was dispatched and received by me. However this isn't true because the cheque was never presented to the bank for the clearance. If authorities want they can check for the same. My number was 0141-2291219, Name: Ruby Dutta
