Dear Team.,
I have purchased a Baleno alpha car from Bijapur Chavan Motors Nexa show room. And vehicle delivered on 10th sept 2023 without registration till now. Before booking offered 20k offer from company now telling offer is not applicable to me. For this reason they hold my car registration with RTO.
Today again we visited the nexa showroom and General Manager told us we can cancel the booking..
How it's possible after full payment from 4th September 23. Now cancelation how it will work we need loan closer charges and EMI too. All should be refunded if cancelation will happen means.
Kindly get the resulution on priority.
