GOIBIBO Refund not processed

I have booked an airline ticket in Indigo airlines using Goibibo travel platform on jan 15-2020. However, airline has rerouted the flight on 20-mar-2020 and given an option to cancel the ticket without any charge. Hence, I have cancelled the ticket directly with the airline and airline has confirmed full refund immediately to the travel platform Goibibo through which ticket was booked. However, Goibibo has not yet refunded my money even after 27 days. After regular follow ups, Goibibo has sent me a mail confirming that they have processed the refund and amount is credited to my account. However, they have not provided any bank reference detail of the refund and I have not received the refund yet. Even after repeated follow ups, Goibibo is not responding to me neither they are providing me any details of the refund . Kindly help me to get the refund of my money.
