We have booked 2 tickets for Telugu movie Abhimanyudu thru book my show on 6th JUN 2018. Show timing is 7th JUN 2018 9:45PM. We went theater and occupied our seats. At 10:15PM , theater management asked us to leave from theater as they have changes the show , Tamil Movie. As no one has not informed me about this in advance i have asked the same. 3 people (Theater staff) came and in very rude manner said ' get out from theater'. Then we went to theater owner (or management ) , they said they have already informed to bookmyshow people. i have called book my show people , they kept me on hold for 30min and then said they will refund my money after 24hours. Even they didn't realize that they did mistake.
