Hdfc BANK made me to waste almost 3 hrs and i ddnt get any help with HDFC

I have got worst experience ever in my life today with HDFC bank and HDFC phone banking team.

THIS HAPPENED DEC 27TH 2018 i decided to close my jumbo loan and contacted phone banking team and they verified my info and gave me two options i can pay through net banking or i can pay in bank with a minimal charge.

Since i had money as cash so decided to walk into bank and pay it.

So today around 1.15PM i went to madiwala HDFC bank branch near hanuman temple.

i reached the counter and teller said i wont be pay here, then i reached another person P.Lakshmi and she said i have to get a confirmation mail from phone banking team and with that mail they can accept the about of 146572.48.

So i called the phone banking after a long struggle i reached a person Santhosh ( he refused to give his employee number) I explained what bank people said but he refused me, saying he cant send mail and so i asked the bank person P.Lakshmi to talk and she again explained saying she needed a fluxcube code( as per my understanding) and the madiwala branch code is 4310. But the phone banking exec denied saying he doesnt have access to email. And i asked bank branch manager Poulomi Mukherjee. She tried her best to get the mail but nothing worked and finally call got disconnected. This call should have gone atleast 30 mins.

Again bank people said to me that without that mail they cannont do anything and started complaining about phone banking team to me and asked me to try again Meanwhile they gave me a contact of a person vijayalakshmi she is incharge of some other location i guess and she said she cannt give that code as my credit card doesnt comes under her control.

So again i tried to contact phone banking and they have got the worst calling system after 20 mins of try i reached a person called Sunil.

I explained again my issue and same response i got finally i asked him to transfer me across to his manager.To get to manager atleast 10 mins i waited and then reached manager and Manger Sreenivas refused and said the same story again and i transffered to lakshmi and then again to branch manager Poulomi mukherjee after their discussion Sreenivas agreed to send a mail and atlast mail came and they took printout. And with that mail again i went to the cash counter. Person in counter said again she cant take this 146572.48, but she can take only 50000.

And i went to Lakshmi again and she went to manager and manager said something which i dont know and Lakshmi came back to me and said i have deposit in 3 installments as bank cannot take this huge amount. If this info anyone person either in phone banking or the bank people or the manager at any point i wouldnt have wasted almost 2 and a half hours in bank just to pay back my loan. I have got slip disc problem with that pain i was sitting there for long time. because of the bank people i missed a interview.

I want Bank to take action on the phone Banking team and Bank branch manager Poulomi mukherjee and P Lakshmi thier IDs P13380 P9823 for wasting my time, getting me mental pressure and unwanted to tension.
