This is to inform you that I (PRATHVISH k v)maintaining SB account in canara bank k b extension branch davangere KARNATAKA. To the same account I have PPF account also.

PPF acc 15440000128
DATED 22-10-18 i have transferred rs.4000 from my SB account to my PPF account (ppf-19532210201897532-209271083)but this amount neither credited to ppf account nor reimbursed to my SB account. Totally it is missing. I am doing follow up with since 40days with my correspond branch employee. But they are not giving proper information. Please consider my complaint & solve asap..
