cheating by Local Dealer after installation of Airtel DTH at home

We have booked an airtel dth through application of airtel . Company shared our number to local dealer at Agra , Uttar pradesh . They installed DTH at home and said we have one month free subscription for DTH , but after 3 days our plan has expired and the dealer said amount is debited by their team . we Have also complaint at customer care services but they did not resolve my query . We have paid Rs.1500/- against DTH installation and now they are saying that amount is not refundable instead of at that the installer told us this is refundable amount . Now dealer is not responding and even they are not receiving our call. Company is also not responding .
