Airtel payments bank not upgraded

I spent about an hour at the nearest customer care center in Lucknow (Indira Nagar). my airtel wallet cash was not converted to Airtel payments bank. Please resolve the issue asap or I will be forced to take strict action against you.

Today when I went to customer care center, my aadhaar and pan card details were submitted but my Airtel wallet could not be upgraded to airtel payments bank. My issue is that I'm unable to utilise 240 rs. Of airtel wallet. Whenever I try to use it I get an error that payment failed.
