Internet issue, I am not able to use internet

I am not able to use internet, as i port my number from vodafone to airtel only because of internet facility they provided, but as far as the same is concern, they people are not able to solve my internet issue. i complaint more than 4 times for this issue, but no response from airtel people. They are extremely inefficient to solve problem of there customer. I am a postpaid customer, still they are giving me such service. Really very bad service. i will never recommend airtel to anybody
