They just claim to be the fastest network but they actually suck.
I have been contacting Airtel since 7-8 months complaining about the signal quality I'm getting in my area. I literally have to go out and walk few hundred metres to get a clear voice, data doesn't work and if by mistake I receive a call then it surely is a call drop. Further being inside gets me no services notification.
Whenever I complaint they only say that we are trying hard to enhance our network and your site will be kept in mind for upgradation but they never do anything. We have four airtel phones in home and we really face a lot of issues and loss of business because of same. I hope something can be done. And when I ask them to provide me the port steps they do nothing.
