I am doing this mail regarding my issue that I ordered an item on myntra thereafter I return the item.
Myntra has already initiated my refund on 4th March and given a Bank Reference number:3367514177
But from Airtel Money side there is no amount is credited to my account although after 14 days.
I has already call multiple times to customer care and done a lot of mail regarding this but no action has been taken.
Please take a look in this matter immediately.
