on 21st may I tried to book 3 go air flight ticket at 12.40 pm from Kannur to Bangalore and I paid the amount 6138...But soon I got a mail that the payment is declined. Then I called the customer care and they told they didt get the amount. please contact your bank.. Then I contacted SBI bank at Anjarakandy. and after 7 days also I didt get any updates so on 3rd june I registered one complaint through net banking, so today 4th may I got a replay that as confirmed with the merchant the trasaction has been successful....that means I lost my money????? Please take some measures.
