Akasa Airlines send ticket for different date than booking

I have booked a flight from Lucknow to Bengaluru on 1st Nov for 1st Nov, however ticket has been sent for 4th Nov. When called for support, staff were talking very rudely and arrogantly. They were blaming all to customer only. From 1st to 4th Nov, ticket prices were the same until last moment, they could have supported but did not. I was in a medical emergency that's why booked my wife’s ticket urgently but didn’t get any support. I see, worst service by Akasa Airlines and never suggest it to friends. Not sure who the culprit is but could have been managed but seems Akasa is more interested in charging penalty rather good service. They cannot survive long with this fraud scam. My PNR - X6HQ8M and Mobile No - +91-9176023691. I tasted the worst service by Akasa airlines. never use it again, will suggest others not to use. They are scammers.

    I booked and paid for Delhi-Mumbai flight on 20th Nov 23. They deducted money from my card/bank, but did not confirm the booking and said they will refund the money. Almost a month now but they just say, 'have patience'. They are big cheats and hold customers money illegitimately.
