I had booked a Jet airways flight from London-Bangalore on Make my trip. After the Jet airways was grounded, Make My trip said that the refund will be given in 15 days and later said it will be given in 45 days. But it's been more than 63 days now. I have made more than 25 calls and 10 tweets to them asking me to help. But they always give same response that its under process. Recently they also said that the refund has not been initiated at all. They are playing with consumer's hard earned money. Which is causing mental, emotional and heath trauma. The experience has caused a irrepairable problem to me. I hold make my trip's irresponsible behavior for all the problems caused to me.
