My name is Chandrashekar Harti and i took the flight on 02/02/17 with booking reference number NTYRLA from LAX to AUH and AUH to BLR.
I had paid for excess baggage for $110 when upgraded 1 luggage to 32KG. The receipt for $110 has come in the name of the minor passenger travelling with us PRAVEEN/PREETHI MISS PSGR TICKET 6072131345021.
I am not able to claim this $110 from my company as the receipt is in a different name. Request you to resend the excess baggage receipt for $110 dated 02/02/2017 in the name of Chandrashekar Harti. PSGR Ticket No 6077941011273-1
