with reference , with the booking done on august 5, 2016 around 11:30,with flight indigo on there , own website,
for flight from kathmandu till bangalore , payments have been paid from my state bank online payment,money has been deducted from my account, but due to what reason (i dont knw) the tickets have not been issued , they have holded my money, saying will credit the money afer 4 to 5 working days , buy the time flight tickets will increse, and it is very important me to travel on 9th, due to this my hole day is been wasted running here and there ,because of this i have to face lots of problems .
