Sir/Madam,
I booked a round-trip for three passengers from COK to BLR - departure on 30 August, and return on 3 September, via Akasa Air, on 24 June. My PNR is Q7F5YZ. My flight timing was changed three times without my consent - my original booking was for QP1354. They changed it to 1369. I did not complain.
Now, I have received an email saying my flight from COK to BLR has been CANCELLED.
But the return flight from BLR to COK is not cancelled. Nor have I been refunded at all - despite AKASA AIR choosing to cancel!
I want a full refund of all my bookings, including for the return flight - I cannot take the return flight from Bangalore to Kochi because the TO-flight from Kochi to Bangalore was cancelled by THEM. How can I return from Bangalore if I cannot even LEAVE Kochi first?
So I want them to refund me the full amount I paid them. I am unable to contact the airline, as there is no response from the phone number they gave. I seem to have lost my money. I think they did this on purpose, so that people like me, who cannot afford lawyers, will keep quiet, and they can quietly scam us and take our money. Any help is appreciated.
