I booked today a flight from Bangalore to Udaipur for 5th November 2016 from makemytrip.com. But my programme changed then i cancelled my booking and booked another tickets on 21st October 2016. My Booking ID for cancelled flight: NF7294171306604. Me and my wife were passengers.
They are refunding only 788 rs. They are charging 8494 rs as cancellation penalty. I am really feeling cheated that how these guys can do with common man. Who is deciding such rules? Makemytrip convenience fee they can cut, because we used makemytrip.com website. But there is no point to keep almost full money on the name of cancellation policy. Even though this ticket was booked 5 months earlier, they can get easily other passengers. This is ridiculous.
