Hello Sir/Mam,
We had our 6 Flight Tickets via Go Air for travelling from Ahmedabad to Delhi dated 17th March 2020. We tried connecting for Re-Scheduling as per Go Air's policy, initially we were not able to connect but after lot many attempts and patience we got connected to one of the customer care executive and when we requested for rescheduling he asked for difference in Fare which we objected as while checking on Go Air's website there was no difference in fare whereas the ticket cost for new dates was less that the cost at which we have booked our tickets intially. We are continiously trying getting in touch with Go Air's but they are not responding. Pls help.
