I was travelled on 9th September 2018 from Thiruvananthapuram to Doha-Qatar Flight #IX374at 0955 am but the flight delay more than 7 hours and we are reported airport before 3 hours as per the airline policy. The intimation get only very near to the airport in advanced no intimation. that day flight departure from the airport at 17.30 from Thiruvananthapuram air port. The delay flight leads lot of loss in my trip and inside airport 10 hours sitting without any hotel facilities were arranged by the airline authority and there was no proper response getting from the officers. No flight available at Thiruvananthapuram airport at that time. cheated us and no proper management operations and accountabilities. irresponsible and no control from airlines officers at the airport.
