I travelled through Indigo airlines flight no. 6E 1754 from Kuwait to Ahmedabad on 4th November 2018. On arrival at the airport we were informed that pur baggage has not arrived and that we will be receiving the baggage in 3 days through home delivery. Its 9th November today and I have not yet received my baggage. Nobody at the airport or airlines call centre is taking some serious reponsibility. I was promised that I will receive my baggage today by 12 pm noon but I am still calling some random numbers and not receiving any satisfactory answer. such services shall be closed if airlines can not serve their customers properly.
