Complaint issue with indigo airlines missed business trip due to staff lag

Hello Team,

My name is Aditi Sood and I had planned a business trip to Mumbai from Chandigarh which was scheduled on these dates.I reached airport at 4:30 and my flight was at 5:55 PM, As i went to the Indigo counter for checkin
One guy from Indigo airlines asked me to scan the bag and then he himself took my bag and went for scanning. They did not do my check in then and when i went there near the scanning machine, i did not realize that someone else took my bag( intentionally or by mistake i dont know) but i was waiting and couldn't find my bag anywhere
It was 5PM then, I was so much tensed looking for the bag because it contained expensive items
and the whole process took 30 mins and i was shocked that the airlines people then said that they can't let me board as its late. Upon asking the guy apologized and said "i am sorry but i cant do anything"
This way i lost my flight and the return ticket which is scheduled on Monday i.e 18 september is of no use. U can easily check the CCTV footage at the airport..But i need refund or reacheduling the flights. If the airport staff is not that competent ; why are they hired?
Not expanding it too much; i seek your cooperation in this..
