Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a Samsung make washing machine, details as mentioned below, purchased on 8-2-2014. I have frequently faced failure of parts since purchase. I have mentioned below the various complaints & there dates I have made regarding repairs. Now I am facing a problem of Main PCB & transformer , Door hing as conveyed by your servicing mechanic. Since last two day, from 12-01-2016 ,I have registered a complaint for repair, but the complaint has not been cleared as your Service Center in Nashik is unable to get the required spare parts.
With this poor quality of after sales service I am completely distressed and you have compelled me to take a decision to demand from Samsung a New Replacement of my washing machine or a total refund of my money.
