I purchased a new lg washing machine of rs 42000 from Radhika retails pvt. ltd pla market hisar. When i visited the showroom to purchased the washing machine they show me a lg washing machine 2023 model, but they delivered the 2019-2022 labeled model. When i checked the labeled model after few days as i am not aware that they do such type of thing also, they refused to change the model. I fell cheated and mentally harassed by them. Further their way of talking has been changed.
