I purchased Thomson Washing machine 6.5kg After 1. One month (washing machine) not working properly After that I talked to the customer care and filed a complaint, after that the technician came to my house and put the part pending, on 11/10/2022, no technician has yet come to make it They have a time of one month three days to work but till now no one has come and I talk to Thomson customer care tau he will come saying he will come how long should I wait for him ????plz sir help me ???? Plz Send My Refud
I have been waiting for two months, now I have taken another machine while waiting for this, now tell me your time period is 33 days, even after that no one is listening You are requested to send me the pending parts as soon as possible or refund me
