Worst service by IFB customer care of washing machine which is still covered under warranty

My name is Kishan and I have purchased IFB top load 6.5KG which is still covered under warranty, There was an issue we have faced almost 4 months ago and reportedly I have been in touch with IFB customer care by logging multiple service request, also almost more than couple of times technician has visited and been in touch with agency contact in our town (Hindupur) which resulted in worst service experience till day. Finally after multiple follow up's technicians requested to handover product to repair from the service centre for their ease of work, so i have delivered it 10 days ago, Worst part is no one (service manager/technicians) responding for the calls also every time I try to approach customer care the previous service request will be resolved with out solution??
Till day washing machine is still in service centre, no one communicated properly about the status!!
It looks they are trying to avoid providing service in warranty period and want to charge us. Since this is not going on right manner I request you to look into this and help me in this regard.
