Repair & Maintenence of Washing Machine service request closed without any work.

Dear Sir
I have purchased new Whirlpool washing machine in oct 2016, This is in Waranty Period of 2 years, My machine is making high noise from March 2018 so I had registered my service request to Whirlpool in March but they closed my request without my knowledge & repairing of Machine, so again I raise new request in may18 now 15 days over no any repairing done & only service person visit & goes back and again also my second request also closed and remark is "Concern person not available", then I write mail to Helpdesk of Whirlpool India then they reply me about my query & providing service early but now 1 week over but no any service available. then again I raised 3rd request & Main to helpdesk about this issue. so pls consider my complaint against Whirlpool India. from last 3 months I am continew folloup but they are not taking care of my Request,
