Complaint regarding customer services not provided within the guarantee period

Respected sir/mam,
I bought an automatic front load washing machine from IFB home appliances on 28/08/2012 against which a guarantee period of 4 years was provided to me. The machine started malfunctioning within the guarantee period.therefore, I registered a complaint with the IFB customer services under customer id- 10179265 and complaint no.- 10564571 for having my washing machine serviced within the guarantee period itself. But my complaints went unnoticed. I tried to contact the concerned agency again and again but there was no response from them. Now after when the guarantee period has expired, the service centre is demanding money for the parts that are to be changed( after acting on the complaint registered within the guarantee period). Kindly direct the concerned authorities to take action against the IFB home appliances and the service centre authorities and save me from injustice. You are requested to heed to my problems as soon as possible as I am facing truck loads of inconvenience because of the malfunctioning product of the above mentioned company.
