I have purchased front Loading Washing machine through Snapdeal.
Details are as below

Purchase Date 26.10.2016
Plastic hinges of Top Cover were broken within few days of purchased due to excessive shaking of the machine. I complained to seller M/s Jumbo Distributors but no response at all. Then I wrote many email and phone calls on toll free number of M/s Bosch India. They acknowledged email and phones call and gave me SERVICE REQUEST No. 0470450185 about a month back. but the company has failed to depute service engineer to attend the product.
Kindly look into it.
Complaint was lodged within warranty period of the product.
