We purchased IFB front loaded washing machine after hearing good about the company and its products. But very sorry to say I have very bad experience . We purchased machine on 22 nd June .from very fist day we are facing problem . washing quality so bad . colour are getting faded,clothes are getting hard/old . Engineer visited many time. He also agreed that there is some problem ..but still such a big and renowned company. No response ...I request. Sr. Official of this company pls intervene. And resolve this issue...parul 9888929165
