In continuation of my previous grievance i would like to again raise grievance against BPL india pvt. Ltd. In continuation of my previous issue again I have faced the same issue in washing machine since last 20 days. I have filed service request on 12th Jan 2019 till today I did Not get any resolution. This is mentally and physically affect me. Product like washing machine when get stuck the whole life went on to disaster. Technician took my washing machine part for more than 18 days now he is not receiving my call nor he replies. I want my money back i am not setting here ideally to take follow ups with such a irresponsible company. I want to lodge FIR against BPL for fraud making to their customer. BPL makes customers life he'll. Plus I am 6 month pregnant women who has to was whole family's clothes by hand just because of you worst service. You people even can't imagine what mentally and physically i am getting abused by BPL. Washing machine details- BPL 7.5 KLG FULLY AUTOMATIC FRONT LAOD WASHING MACHINE Model no- - BFAFL 75WX1 Serial no- X7097009634000236. consumer complaint no : 869269 and 1130317.
