Hi,
Every month they making extra charges when I ask they are saying those are VAS charges you are downloaded. I have 20GB Internet and in my room I have Wi-Fi facility. When ask they are wave-off the amount. Every month they make me headace and doing time pass. They call me and provide useless information to me. with out any information they are closing my complaints when i ask to reopen.they said it's not possible . I am attachment a pic of extra charges After 17th my mobile
