I have bought a sim card of vi on 14 January 2021 from nearest store (Motihari) and I get a recharge of ₹- 698 but ever sinces I am unable to access anything on the web because of the no internet speed provided by VI and I have tried to register my complaint in the customer care but they didn't resolve the problem and because of which I am unable to attend my online classes which is hampering my studies and taking a toll of my mental health kindly take cognizance of my complaint and grant me appropriate remedy.
