Sim port paid money sim not delivered since 1 month.

I have opted for port in to VI network from the VI App where it was mentioned that the sim will be delivered to my home. I have paid Rs.467/- and been waiting for the sim to be delivered to my address but nothing happened so far. Raised multiple complaints but there was no response from VI. Because of their delay i had to recharge my number in the current network to continue the service. Now I lost the faith in their service so don't want to port in to VI hence i need my money back with proper compensation for the money i have paid and all the damages caused and for the mental trauma i had to face in reaching their support team.
