Itinerary Changed after booking done complain with yatra.com

In the month of june i have booked a land package of Bali & Malaysia from Yatra.com
In that package i have booked parasailing but 1 day before my departure they have changed my booked parasailing to flying fish without informing to me due to this i have to pay extra 160 USD in bali to the watersports service provider.
Now i am asking the reason how they can change the booked itinerary without informing or taking approval from the customer so they are not replying me on that.
Now i have asked the refund from them for Parasailing so they answered me that booking amount for parasailing is only 5 USD and flying fish is costlier to parasailing.
Now Mr Ankush there team leader has started to talk in rude tone with me i am asking the reason of not informing me they are not giving me answer on that. i have asked them to show me the booking details of my package on this they are answering me its there company policy they can not show it to customer.
I need help on this matter as i have made all of my efforts to get the reply and compensation from them
