Signature the Grand Club and Signature Linkers Private Limited are frauds and scammers

Complaint of Signature Linkers Private Limited and Signature The Grand Club.

It has come to our knowledge that the company "Signature The Grand Club" is a fraudulent company, whose only goal is to cheat the innocent public by duping them by fraud in selling fake holiday memberships & packages without having legal or valid authorization from their alleged affiliated hotels/ resorts and associates.

Yesterday, on 11th June, 2018 this company people called us (me and my wife) and invited us to come at 7:00 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2nd Floor, Near DLF Mall, District Center, Saket, New Delhi for free dinner and free holiday stay they want to give as promotion.

We both myself Ashutosh Gupta, along with my wife Savita Gupta, went to meet at the above said place. However, they during the meeting with their sales managers and other company people they promised us that they are the official partners and the legal associates of a Dial-An-Exchange (DAE) Holiday Exchange program for the entire world, in all of the affiliated properties of the DAE including 5 star hotels and resorts worldwide.

That by misrepresentation they scammed us in fraud and charged my wife's credit card in name of Savita Gupta on false and misleading information and duped us for the sum of Rs 1,10,000/- on 11th June, 2018.

That to our shock when we called the office of Dial-An-Exchange (DAE) Holiday Exchange program at 1st Floor, Namdev Garnet. No. 37/7-1, Aga Abbas Ali Road, Ulsoor, Bangalore-560042, it was told to us by the Dial-An-Exchange (DAE) Holiday Exchange program office that they have no Affiliation with the Company "Signature Linkers Private Limited" and they are not been Authorised by DAE to sell any membership or to collect any payment on any such program and if it is done by Signature Linkers Private Limited then it is absolutely misleading, false and is fraudulent.

We tried calling the signature the grand club/company phone numbers as mentioned on your company catalog showing numbers: 91-11-65471122, 65491122 and it was found that these are invalid numbers and are not operational. We tried different mobile numbers given to us but no one took our calls. Getting suspicious, about this company we checked it on internet and googled it and found out that several people have been duped by your fraudulent company and no one were given holidays as promised anywhere and this company scammed big number of people into buying their membership at very high costs and in return they were given nothing as promised. Some people have even posted the snapshots, where the customers have even filed legal court cases against this fake and fraudulent company and even court orders were passed against this company in such cases, including orders of consumer courts etc.

We even tried contacting different hotels and resorts they falsely claim that they are their affiliated hotels and resorts but all such hotels and resorts informed as that they have no such affiliation with their company and they are not permitted by them to offer any kind of membership to be used at their resorts and holidays under any program by their company.

By way of this email we like to bring it to their notice that we need our entire payment refunded back immediately as the goods and services you promised are not delivered as promised and their entire sales are based falsehood, scam and are absolutely fraudulent and we deserve our entire refund of Rs 1,10,000.
