Videocon LED stopped working.Their agent took our LED card on 6th Sept. against payment of Rs 500 as service charge ,promising to replace the led card soon.It has been more then 3 months and we haven't received any positive response uptil now .We tried contacting their customer care but they always ask to wait without escalating any action.It's been so long and this type of service is definitely not acceptable.I would request the concerned authorities to look into the issue.
