Sir,
I have buy a led 55 " tv throgh vijay sales on 31/12/2107 mean while i have complaint many time for sound issue everytime executive come and update software than again its issue arise in october 2018 i have complaint with same issue than i have recieved a call from videocon executive and he told speaker faolty so wait till speaker in stock then we will replace the same on 6th of january one of the executive call me now speaker in stock so come to replace it on that time i was out of station i had told hime wait for three to four days will come and call you for the replacement of the speaker but they argue we have to closed this complaint you can raise again but i had told him how can we raise again as warrnty has passesd so they talked with argue situation you can pick your tv in our service center then we can replace but after arguing they agree the same for replacement and one of executive come to replace on that time i am at office then he had replaced the speaker but wghen i had seen the screen is not working and the alingment is also loose so and no one listen us so kindly help us to resolve the problem. i had spent 50000/- for this led so kindly do the needful as its very hard earn money.
