Dear Team,
I am Tanveer Alam from Aligarh (U.P) and want to register the complaint against Micromax TV.
I purchased a Micromax LED TV on invoice date 26th Oct 2016 through Snapdeal (online portal) with 3 years of warranty (1+2 years extended warranty).
We had been facing an issue multiple times (5 times) since starting and when the same issue occurred on the 6th occasion then after the investigation engineer advised that the item cannot be repaired and Micromax will provide a new TV for that. I have been chasing the same since 18/08/2018 (3 months) but they are making me fool and saying you will have to wait without any specific date. They are just harassing me by not receiving my calls.
My TV is still not with me from last 3 months though the warranty period still exists.
Please find the details of dates and ticket no raised during 6th occasion. Attaching purchase details (Invoice and purchase.png)
