Sharp fridge not working - Fridge stopped cooling

We purchased sharp refrigerator 18 months back from GIP Noida. Fridge stopped cooling.Since last 10 days it's been a harrowing experience to get a service guy to come down to see the problem. The service is in hand of JEEVS they seem to be a fraud company. There is no one in the company to answer back to the problem
